Inspection & cleaning equipment
Low pressure washer
AB Networks’ low-pressure washer is an eco-friendly cleaning system that delivers dry ice or sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) at pressures of 2 bar or less, while achieving cleaning performance equal to or better than conventional high-pressure washers that typically operate at 100–120 bar.
Issues with conventional high-pressure cleaning methods
-
Risk of damaging the surface of the item being cleaned.
-
Risk of short circuits when used on precision electronic circuits.
-
High-pressure spray can cause debris and cleaning media to scatter, posing safety risks to operators and contaminating the surrounding environment.
The low-pressure washer cleans items thoroughly without the drawbacks of high-pressure methods. It can be applied across a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, electrical and electronic components, mechanical parts, molds and dies, automotive engine components, and food processing.

Ultra-fine particle removal system
The ultra-fine particle removal system is a fine-particle (down to 50 nm) detection and removal solution based on AI vision and high-precision optical and sensor fusion. By combining real-time high-resolution detection, micro-motion control, and customized removal solutions, it is optimized for cleanrooms and semiconductor manufacturing environments.
For sensitive processes where dry ice, pure water, or cleaning solutions cannot be used, it physically removes sub-micron particles using a gel stick.
Applications
-
Used for real-time inspection and removal of contaminants generated in semiconductor and substrate manufacturing lines
-
Applicable to any manufacturing process where micro-defect and particle control is critical, including secondary batteries, precision electronic components, and advanced medical parts production
Differences from conventional cleaning methods
-
Achieves both precision and productivity in particle detection and removal through real-time AI analysis and multi-sensor fusion
-
Unlike conventional chemical- or physical-based equipment (cleaning, X-ray), it immediately tracks the location after detection and separates and removes particles using the optimal method

The ultra-fine particle removal system provides flexible solutions tailored to the customer’s process conditions.
Optimizes particle analysis and enables automatic control through process data analysis
-
Integrates inspection and removal functions into a single unified system
-
Improves real-time monitoring capabilities
-
Supports a wide range of component specifications
-
Offers modular configurations tailored to user requirements
-
Compatible with various packaging specifications
-
Enables fast setup changes
